*Services*
Not therapy.
Not coaching.
Both. In one system.
Ironwave offers three ways to work together, depending on what you're carrying and what you're building. Every service is grounded in the same clinical foundation and shaped around the specific demands of your context.
*Service 01*
Clinical Anxiety & OCD
Who it's for
For individuals managing anxiety disorders, OCD or the kind of persistent psychological patterns that limit function, freedom and performance. This includes social anxiety, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, contamination OCD, harm OCD, perfectionism-driven OCD and performance-related manifestations of both.
What it is
This is doctoral-level clinical work — evidence-based, protocol-informed and adapted for the demands of a performance context. Primary approaches include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), applied in a way that accounts for the athletic, professional or adolescent environment you operate in.
What changes
Anxiety doesn't disappear — but it stops running the show. OCD loses its grip. The psychological patterns that have been costing you at work, in competition or in daily life begin to shift at a structural level, not just a surface one.
Format
In-person sessions take place in the Tampa Bay area or via teletherapy across 40+ states through PSYPACT authority. Session frequency shaped around clinical need and your schedule.
*Service 02*
Performance Psychology
Who it's for
For athletes, sports teams, professionals and young performers who are functionally healthy but consistently underperforming relative to their capacity — or who are performing at a high level and want to ensure the psychological foundation is strong enough to sustain it.
What it is
Applied performance psychology focuses on the mental skills that determine consistency under pressure. Focus and attention regulation. Competitive anxiety management. Identity and confidence. Pre-performance routines. Recovery and reset between high-demand periods. Decision-making under stress. This is not motivational coaching. It is the applied science of mental performance, grounded in clinical methodology and delivered by a licensed clinical psychologist. Available for individual athletes and sports teams.
What changes
Performance becomes more consistent. The gap between training and competition closes. Pressure starts to feel workable rather than overwhelming. The mental game becomes something you train, not something you hope shows up on the day.
Format
In-person sessions take place in the Tampa Bay area or via teletherapy across 40+ states through PSYPACT authority. Often structured around your competition or performance calendar.

The Integrated Program
What it is
The Integrated Program is the core Ironwave offer — and the one that most clients move toward once they understand how the two disciplines work together. It combines clinical psychology and applied performance methodology into a single, designed program built around your specific profile, goals and context. There is no handoff between a clinician and a coach. No gap between the psychological work and the performance application. One practitioner, one framework, one coherent direction.
Who it's for
Anyone who recognizes that their performance and their psychological health are connected — and wants to address both with the same level of rigor. Athletes managing anxiety alongside performance development. Sports teams building a shared psychological foundation. Professionals navigating both clinical-level pressure and the demands of sustained high performance. Adolescents carrying both in a developmental context.
What it looks like
The program begins with a comprehensive assessment covering both clinical and performance dimensions. From there, a bespoke framework is designed — clinical threads and performance threads built into the same structure. Sessions progress through defined phases: stabilization, skill development, integration and performance application.
What changes
You stop dividing your attention between getting better and getting stronger. The work becomes singular and coherent. Progress in one area accelerates the other. The psychological foundation becomes something you build on, not work around.
Format
In-person sessions take place in the Tampa Bay area or via teletherapy across 40+ states through PSYPACT authority. Program length shaped by assessment. Most clients work across a 12–24 week initial framework.
